At Zip, I've spent the bulk of my time leading the checkout experience, guiding users seamlessly from merchant sites through to completed purchases. My work involves designing and launching new features, refining user journeys based on extensive user testing, and creating intuitive systems that simplify navigation. Additionally, I spearheaded the redesign of our checkout experience, developing a cohesive design system that streamlines implementation for developers and ensures ease of updates for the design team.
